Summary:
Location: Schenectady, NY
Duration: 12 Months
Work Mode: 100% on-site
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Prepare models & drawings using CAD software according to provided instructions.
Perform model & drawing changes and revisions as directed by engineers or project managers.
Receive close supervision, instruction, and review of work to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Follow modeling & drafting practices and procedures to produce clear and concise consumable models & drawings.
Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and timelines.
Requirements:
Associates Degree (Technology or Drafting or similar) plus experience; or related vocational technical high school program.
Proficiency in a CAD software.
Basic understanding of drafting practices and procedures, such as Geometric, Dimensioning & Tolerancing.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
