    Job Summary
    We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst (BA) with strong Quality Assurance (QA) experience to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring high-quality delivery through hands-on involvement in testing and validation activities.

    Key Responsibilities
    Business Analysis
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
    • Create clear artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, workflows, and process diagrams
    • Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for development teams
    • Act as a liaison between business, development, QA, and product teams
    • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarifications in Agile environments

    Technical & Functional Support
    • Work closely with architects and developers to ensure feasibility and alignment with system design
    • Review technical solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
    • Assist with data analysis, system integrations, APIs, and database validations where applicable

    Quality Assurance & Testing
    • Develop and review test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on requirements
    • Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing
    • Validate fixes and enhancements before production release
    • Track and manage defects using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
    • Support UAT by coordinating with business users and addressing issues

    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on QA involvement
    • Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
    • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
    • Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation techniques
    • Strong QA fundamentals including test design, defect lifecycle, and test execution
    • Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data validation, and system integrations
    • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Client ALM, TestRail, or Azure DevOps
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
