Technical Business Analyst


Job Summary: 
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the design and implementation of target-state operating models and business processes within a central clearing ecosystem. The role will act as the bridge between client onboarding, internal risk and operations functions, technology teams, and external clearing organizations to ensure business requirements are translated into effective, scalable solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business needs, define requirements, support testing, and facilitate the delivery of strategic initiatives.

 

General Experience Required

• Strong experience in business analysis, including process mapping, target-state design, business requirements gathering, impact analysis, and documentation.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders to deliver business and technology solutions.
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing, business readiness, and operational handover.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working across functions to drive successful project outcomes.

 

Preferred Domain Experience

• Futures and cleared derivatives lifecycle.
• Central clearing and FCM operating models.
• Broker-dealer or capital markets operations.
• U.S. Financial regulatory environment.
• Experience with ION, XTP, or similar trading and clearing platforms.
