Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Technical Business Analyst for their Raleigh, NC location.
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Translate business needs into technical solutions and user stories
Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process optimization
Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive solution delivery
Support testing, validation, and issue resolution activities
Create and maintain functional and technical documentation
Requirements:
11+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
Strong Business Analysis expertise, preferably within Banking & Financial Services
Techno-functional experience with enterprise applications
Knowledge of Open Systems architecture
Working knowledge of Java and Cloud technologies
Experience with requirements gathering process analysis, user stories, testing support, and stakeholder management
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Certifications:
CBAP or equivalent Business Analysis certification
Java, Cloud, or Enterprise Platform certifications
Top 3 Skills:
Strong Business Analysis expertise (Banking & Finance preferred)
