Technical Business Analyst - IT/OT & Manufacturing Systems

Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Technical Business Analyst - IT/OT & Manufacturing Systems for their Remote location.

Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between OT, IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.
• Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Support OT and IT project initiatives from requirements through implementation.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions.
• Analyse OT system landscapes and identify integration, modernization, and optimization opportunities.
• Translate operational needs into technical specifications and user stories.
• Support solution design discussions involving OT and IT systems.
• Work with technical SMEs to define interfaces, data flows, and integration requirements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validation activities, and requirement traceability.
• Assist in project planning, status reporting, risk identification, and issue management.
• Support global stakeholders while ensuring alignment across multiple manufacturing sites.

Requirements:

• Top Skills:
• 5+ years working within Operational Technology (OT), Manufacturing IT, Industrial Automation, or Smart Manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of IT/OT convergence principles.
• Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments
• Years of Experience:
