  • Requirements gathering. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
  • Business process analysis. Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Technical documentation. Create detailed technical specifications, process maps, and documentation for project implementation.
  • System integration. Ensure seamless integration between business systems, new tools, and existing workflows.
  • Data analysis. Analyze business data to provide actionable insights and align solutions with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with technical teams. Work closely with developers, engineers, and IT teams to deliver tailored software solutions.
  • Stakeholder communication. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Troubleshooting. Identify and resolve technical issues impacting business operations and recommend effective solutions.
  • Metrics tracking. Monitor project metrics and key performance indicators to assess project success and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in business analysis, technical requirements gathering, or system integration.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, programming languages, and systems analysis tools.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as IIBA, Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), or related credentials.
  • Communication skills: Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills: Expertise in identifying technical and operational issues and implementing effective solutions. · Project management: Experience managing cross-functional projects using agile methodologies.
  • Data analysis: Advanced knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools to support decision-making.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks efficiently
