Description:
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with 7 10 years of experience supporting mainframe-based business operations, process optimization, and functional requirement delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong business analysis skills along with a solid understanding of SDLC concepts and Mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, and Mainframe utilities.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Seasoned Business Analyst with 7 10 years of experience supporting mainframe-based business operations, process optimization, and functional requirement delivery in a hybrid work model.
- Analyze current business processes, identify gaps and modernization opportunities, and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Collaborate with business, operations, development, and QA teams to validate solutions, support UAT, perform impact analysis, and ensure alignment with business and non-functional requirements.
- Support backlog refinement, prioritization, root cause analysis, reporting, documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with internal controls and data protection standards.

Qualifications:
- 7 10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
- Experience working with Mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, and Mainframe utilities.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
- Experience supporting UAT, impact analysis, and solution validation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an onsite environment.
