    Technical Business Analyst
    Location: Onsite Columbus, GA

    Job Description:
    • Analyze business processes and gather, document, and validate functional requirements.
    • Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, process flows, and technical requirements.
    • Work with business, development, operations, and QA teams to support solution delivery.
    • Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, backlog refinement, and UAT support.
    • Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support mainframe-based business operations.
    • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and data protection standards.

    Mandatory Requirements:
    • 7 10 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
    • Strong understanding of SDLC concepts and business analysis methodologies.
    • Knowledge of JCL, COBOL, and mainframe utilities.
    • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work onsite in Columbus, Georgia.
