The Technical Architect Team leverages their expert level experience in the technologies employed by Pega Infinity to address the technical and non-functional requirements critical to achieving the client success. This includes (but is not limited to), Architecture, Containerization, Installation, Configuration, Deployment, Performance, Scalability and High Availability.

What You'll Do at Pega:


+ Ensure client success by leveraging your technical skills to meet the challenges required to deliver the next generation customer centric solutions

+ Provide thought leadership to team members, partners and clients to deliver scalable and resilient solutions for the next generation customer centric solutions

+ Provide support and technical governance on projects

+ Act as a Subject Matter Expert and pro-actively respond to ad-hoc questions

+ Work alongside our world leading clients and partners to deliver high quality technical solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle


Who You Are:


+ You are a highly technical hands on individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to help solve business problems.

+ BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar discipline with 3+ years of progressively responsible experience building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions.

+ Excellent time management and organization skills, with the capability to manage multiple competing priorities

+ Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner and collaborate

+ Willingness to go the extra mile

+ Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results with an individual and team oriented drive and a demonstrated ability to lead by example


What You've Accomplished:


+ You are a Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA)

+ You are a Certified Kubernetes Administrator

+ You possess a thorough knowledge of technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Infrastructure, Application Servers, Relational, non-Relational and NoSQL Databases, Java / J2EE, ElasticSearch, Kafka, HazelCast

+ You provide thought leadership to team members, partners and clients across business and technical dimensions

Additional Information


Base salary range for this role is 81,900 - 122,500 NZD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.


The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
