Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing data solutions, specifically with a strong emphasis on Snowflake. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud data warehousing and will be responsible for leading architectural discussions, ensuring best practices, and driving the technical direction of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable data architectures using Snowflake.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance on best practices for data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance data processing and analytics capabilities.
• Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of data solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in technical aspects and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data architecture and Snowflake.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Snowflake, including data modeling, performance tuning, and security features.
• Proven experience in cloud data architecture and data warehousing solutions.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
• Experience with SQL and data querying languages.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on Snowflake.
• Relevant certifications in Snowflake or cloud architecture are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The pay range for this role is $120k - $130k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. 70-75/hr Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
