Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

10 to 15 years' experience in administration/implementation/configuration of an ITSM solution in medium to large organization

5 to 8 years' experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow in the areas of Source 2 Pay (S2P), HRSD, ITOM, ITAM (not limited to) and Scoped Application solution

Experience with similar platforms like ServiceNow S2P (SAP Ariba and other platforms)

Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations, Converting Business Requirements into Technical Solutions

Lead at least a couple of Implementation projects in different ServiceNow modules including Scoped applications and 1 complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow

ServiceNow custom application design and development experience

Past work experience with procurement , supplier management and account payables functions

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.

Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.

Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.

Applies Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users.

Applies innovative technology to business processes to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues.

Consults with business analyst/Process Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in Service Now.

Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager.

Advises on options, risk and impacts on business/ITIL processes

Salary Range-$100,000-$140,000 a year
