Job Summary

Architect - Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead solution design and provide technical guidance for modern enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud-native, container-based, distributed, and event-driven architectures, along with hands-on familiarity with modern programming languages and AI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and guide the development of cloud-based and containerized applications
• Define and support distributed architecture patterns and best practices
• Architect and implement message bus solutions such as Kafka, NATS, or similar technologies
• Lead the design of event-driven systems and integration patterns
• Partner with development teams to build applications using Java, Python, .NET, Golang, and/or Rust
• Provide technical direction and architectural oversight for AI-based solutions, including agents and workflow automation
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
• Support solution design for P&C Insurance systems and related business capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cloud and container-based application architectures
• Proven experience with distributed systems architecture
• Expertise in message bus technologies such as Kafka or NATS
• Strong background in event-based systems
• Familiarity with Java, Python, .NET, Golang, and/or Rust
• Experience designing or supporting AI-based solutions, including agents and workflow orchestration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in P&C Insurance
• Knowledge of PAS systems such as Duck Creek or Guidewire
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
