JOB DESCRIPTION
1. ROLE SUMMARY The Lab Quality Specialist II will help manage and develop Analysis Services QMS compliance. Key duties include managing quality documentation, and driving continuous improvement while collaborating across teams in the US and Uppsala.
" Internal customers (AS and other departments) and external customers
3. MAIN DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
" Management and organization of quality documentation
" Ensure successful completion of external and internal audits.
" Collaborate cross-functionally to develop, update and review instructions and guidelines.
" Support continuous improvements, CAPA (corrective and preventive actions), CC (change control), non-conformance, and risk management processes.
" Review and approve customer projects for delivery.
" support qualification, maintenance and control of instruments and equipment
4. QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
4.1 Education
" Bachelor degree in the Life Science field or similar ( Science, Biology, Biotech)
4.2 Qualifications -At least 1 year of experience in All categories:
" Experience in Quality, contract laboratory, or QC laboratory with a quality system adapted for GCP, ISO17025, or equivalent.
" Proven computer experience, especially with Microsoft Office.
" Experience with LIMS and document management systems.
" Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
" Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
