Technical Analyst - New York, NY - Contract - $36-46 Per HR

This position is a hybrid role that combines technical expertise with analytical skills to enhance technology resilience. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic environment to address technology disruptions and improve recovery processes. Key responsibilities include collaborating with various technology teams and providing insights for strategic planning.

Description

• Support technology resilience programs by collaborating with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams.
• Engage in technical discussions to understand and address recovery challenges.
• Convert complex technical data into actionable insights for engineering and management teams.
• Participate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Enhance recovery efforts through incident management and remediation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate technical discussions to identify key issues and dependencies.
• Produce detailed recovery test reports and executive presentations.
• Drive remediation efforts post-incident and during recovery exercises.
• Build credibility with engineering and technology teams to enhance collaboration.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure support, cloud operations, or a related technical field.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports using common software tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
