Scope of Services:

Seeking for a Technical Analyst (.NET) professional to redesign, development, testing, and ensuring adherence to software development standards. The role may involve analyzing financial systems, re-engineering processes, and serving as a subject matter expert for applications related to complex financial processes.

Primary Job Duties/Tasks:

• Act as a developer, facilitator, and expert for applications handling complex financial processes.
• Guide quality assurance from code inception to production.
• Identify and resolve issues using troubleshooting tools and teamwork.
• Collaborate with teams to improve design, processes, and methodologies.
• Ensure high standards of project communication, support, and delivery.
• Stay updated on trends and technologies in software development.

Job Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio/.Net, ORMs, Entity Framework, and n-Hibernate.
• Experience with software systems for complex financial processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Capable of conducting complex systems analysis and translating requirements.
• Ability to integrate research and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Effective communication and leadership skills for development teams.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years as a lead developer or development manager.
• 5 years of experience with Azure SQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar databases.
• Highly desired: Microsoft Visual Studio/.NET experience.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
