Title: Technical Analyst– Mid to Senior-Level
Location: Merrifield, VA
Employment Type: Contract
Compensation:
Pay Range;$60.00-$70.00 Per Hr
Description
This hybrid contract position involves working with a dynamic team to develop cutting-edge digital solutions in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to define technical system requirements and support the development of web, mobile, chat, and voice solutions.
Experience in system analysis, API integration, and agile methodology is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business needs into technical system requirements.
Identify requirement gaps and communicate with product ownership.
Ensure comprehensive handling of various scenarios.
Create system requirement documentation, including interface specifications.
Collaborate with teams to address production issues and enhance system capabilities.
Qualifications
8+ years of relevant IT experience.
Proficiency in SQL and problem-solving skills.
Experience in conducting complex technical analysis.
Familiarity with agile methodology and writing system requirements.
Experience working with APIs and multi-tier applications.
