Title: Technical Analyst (AI)
Duration: 6 months
Location: Remote - CST/EST Hours
Overview of project/skills required:
- Technical Analyst supporting the implementation of AI-first platform for the Insurance Brokerage business.
- This role will support the first phase of implementation by establishing processes for monitoring systems performance, identifying breaks/issues, reviewing logs, and creating dashboards for visibility across multiple internal and vendor platforms.
- The client is seeking a technical resource with the following skills/capabilities:
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Strong business analysis / systems analysis capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to accurately interpret requirements
- Ability to work independently to get up to speed (learning agility)
- Ability to develop new processes
- Ability to document procedures
- Experience with systems implementations / development cycles

- Experience in logging and monitoring with ability to interpret/read logs from multiple tools
- Experience building Data Dog dashboards and integrations
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana
- Experience with JIRA
