We are seeking a Technical AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered products and capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of product management, technology, data, and artificial intelligence, partnering closely with engineering, data science, ML/AI teams, and business stakeholders to turn emerging AI technologies into scalable, high-impact products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products and platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage generative AI, machine learning, LLMs, NLP, and intelligent automation to solve meaningful customer and business problems.
  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, ML, and UX teams to take AI products from concept through development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Translate business requirements and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Develop product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and risk.
  • Work with engineering and AI teams to evaluate models, architectures, APIs, data pipelines, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs and use data and experimentation to continuously improve product performance.
  • Lead development of AI product capabilities including LLM-powered applications, AI agents, recommendation systems, predictive models, automation, and intelligent workflows.
  • Establish requirements around AI quality, accuracy, reliability, scalability, security, privacy, and responsible AI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across technology and business teams to drive alignment and successful product adoption.
  • Stay current on advances in AI/ML and assess new technologies, models, vendors, and platforms for potential product applications.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with significant experience working on technical products, AI/ML products, data platforms, or software platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and technologies, including LLMs, generative AI, machine learning, NLP, embeddings, RAG, AI agents, and model evaluation.
  • Experience working directly with engineering and data science/ML teams.
  • Ability to understand technical architecture and have credible conversations with engineers and technical leaders.
  • Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and rapidly evolving technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience launching generative AI or LLM-based products into production.
  • Experience with AI agents, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, model evaluation, or AI orchestration.
  • Technical background in software engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with APIs, microservices, data pipelines, MLOps, and modern AI/ML infrastructure.
  • Experience working with enterprise AI, SaaS, or B2B products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
