Technical Advisor I

The Technical Advisor I at Hach is responsible for delivering technical support and customer service to both internal and external customers, primarily through a contact centre. The role involves troubleshooting testing systems, managing escalations, and acting as a liaison between support teams. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in analytical chemistry, biology, environmental sciences, or mechanical/electrical aptitude, or one year of relevant aptitude. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of experience in customer service, technical support, or field service. The position is onsite in Loveland, Colorado, with a salary range of $25.00-$27.00 per hour and eligibility for bonus pay. Preferred qualifications include a BA or BS degree, experience in key water markets, and familiarity with Salesforce or Oracle ERP.
