DNV Business Assurance is seeking to fill the role of Food & Beverage Technical Administrator.
This role is based in our DNV office in Houston, Texas, presenting a dynamic hybrid schedule where employees will typically spend three (3) days per week working from either a DNV office or client location/site. What You''ll Do:
Provide technical and administrative support to ensure the effective delivery, compliance, and maintenance of DNV''s SQF and COSTCO food safety programs.
This role supports technical managers, auditors, and operations teams by coordinating program requirements, managing documentation, supporting audit processes, and ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
This role is critical in maintaining compliance with accreditation requirements, Costco expectations, and GFSI‑aligned certification processes, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across certification activities.
What Is Required:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of administrative, operations, certification, or compliance experience
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Power BI)
Experience with databases, workflow systems, or document management platforms
Experience working in a regulated, compliance-focused, or certification environment is an asset
Understanding of certification processes and audit lifecycle
Basic knowledge of GFSI standards, accreditation requirements, and certification schemes
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
