Technical Account Representative

Position Summary

We are seeking a Technical Account Representative to support industrial and manufacturing customers throughout Minnesota. This position combines technical problem solving, customer relationship management, plant-level support, and account development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with industrial and manufacturing customers
• Work directly with plant personnel, operators, maintenance teams, and production leadership
• Evaluate customer processes, operating conditions, and technical needs
• Collect and analyze operating and performance data
• Troubleshoot equipment, process, and operational issues
• Develop and recommend improvements
• Serve as a technical resource for customers
• Support existing accounts while identifying opportunities for account growth
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to customers

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, water treatment, chemicals, maintenance, technical service, or a related environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong troubleshooting ability
• Comfortable working directly with plant personnel and customers
• Ability to analyze data and develop recommendations
• Bachelor's degree or relevant field experience
• Engineering, sales, or manufacturing experience preferred
