We are looking for a technically proficient and customer-focused Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support enterprise customers using on TeamViewer’s Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solution.  

As a TAM, you'll act as the strategic technical advisor to IT, End User Management, and Digital Workplace teams; driving platform adoption, optimizing solution performance and helping customers realize measurable business outcomes. This role is essential to long-term customer retention and growth, ensuring our technology delivers real, sustained value across large-scale environments. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Act as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, providing architecture guidance, implementation support, testing assistance, and best practice recommendations.

  • Design and document scalable DEX deployments, integrating with technologies such as Intune, SCCM, ServiceNow, Entra ID, and other enterprise platforms.

  • Lead customer onboarding, enablement, and adoption initiatives, helping organizations maximize value through automation, analytics, dashboarding, and digital employee experience programs.

  • Identify integration and automation opportunities through APIs, scripting, and platform configuration to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

  • Monitor platform usage, performance, and telemetry to deliver health checks, uncover optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Own technical issue resolution by leading troubleshooting efforts, coordinating with Support and Engineering teams, and ensuring successful outcomes for escalated customer challenges.

  • Deliver data-driven business reviews and executive updates that demonstrate value realization, align platform outcomes to customer goals, and influence roadmap strategy.

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify expansion opportunities, support renewals and upsells, and drive long-term customer growth and adoption.

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). 

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant) supporting enterprise on-premise and SaaS deployments. 

  • Experience with ServiceNow, ServiceNow integrations and API integrations 

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, ITIL, TOGAF, Nexthink) are a plus. 

  • Experience with large-scale environments (10,000+ endpoints) is highly desirable.

The base salary range for this position is $95,000–$125,000 USD annually. This range represents the base pay TeamViewer reasonably expects to offer for this role and may vary based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, location, business needs, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for TeamViewer’s company bonus and RSU program.
