What You Will Do

• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using REST API technologies.
• Utilize tools like Postman to troubleshoot and optimize API integrations.
• Analyze client usage data to identify opportunities for upselling and improving service delivery.
• Serve as a technical expert, guiding clients through the implementation process and addressing any concerns.
• Work closely with internal teams to relay client feedback and drive product improvements.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–8 years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably within a software or API-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and experience with SQL.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience with API integrations in HR, ATS, or Payroll systems.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and enterprise software solutions.
• Background in a startup or venture-backed company environment.

Compensation and Benefits
