Location: New York, NY 
Pay Range: $80 to $85/hour on W2

This role focuses on developing and maintaining critical customer-facing documentation and strategic account plans. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer success and capture tangible outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to demonstrating the value of solutions and driving customer adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage key customer documents like Mutual Action Plans and Strategic Reviews.
• Collaborate with Field Engineers on technical strategies and customer objectives.
• Document and report qualitative and quantitative customer success metrics.
• Support the implementation of Success Accelerators.
• Capture verbatim customer feedback to drive improvements.

Must Have Skills

• Strong working or implementation knowledge Adobe Experience Cloud products specifically, AEP RTCDP and AJO
• Ability to understand customer technical environments, architectures, and integrations
• Familiarity with implementation patterns, APIs, and data flows
• Ability to troubleshoot and triage technical issues at a high level
• Experience with digital strategy and roadmap development within enterprise software solutions is preferred.
