Job Title: .Net Developer
Location: Short Hills, NJ (Hybird)
Exp. Required : 10 to 20+ years
We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing enterprise applications, integrating CRM solutions, and working with Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain CRM plugins, workflows, custom actions, and integrations.
- Develop and consume REST APIs and Web APIs for system integrations.
- Work with SQL Server for database development, queries, stored procedures, and data integration.
- Troubleshoot application and CRM-related issues and implement performance improvements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers throughout the SDLC.
- Follow coding standards, source-control practices, and application security guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / MS CRM.
- Experience with ASP.NET, Web API, REST APIs, and integration development.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM plugins, workflows, and customizations.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server.
- Experience with Visual Studio, Git/Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SDLC.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Azure certifications are a plus.
