Technician
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with overtime opportunities on Saturdays and/or Sundays
Reports To: Customer Service Manager / Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and other assembly tools safely and effectively.
- Perform assigned production, assembly, and RMA tasks according to work instructions.
- Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions or hazards to leadership immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation in accordance with 5S standards.
- Ensure required tools, materials, fixtures, and consumables are available and report shortages.
Education, Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Previous RMA and/or assembly experience preferred.
- Experience using basic hand tools and related equipment.
- Ability to lift and carry 30-50 lbs.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the work shift.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
- Work in a controlled manufacturing environment.
- Must follow Class 10K cleanroom procedures and protocols.
