Job Description:

We are partnering with a fast-growing, AI-driven technology company that delivers innovative digital solutions across web and mobile platforms. They are seeking a Technical Support Engineer (Level 1) to join their team and provide front-line support to end users, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 technical support for web and mobile applications
  • Troubleshoot user issues related to login, authentication, and account access
  • Diagnose and resolve form submission and data entry issues
  • Monitor, track, and manage support tickets through a ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk or similar)
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with users throughout the support process

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of hands-on Level 1 technical support experience
  • Strong experience supporting web and mobile applications
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot login, authentication, and form-related issues
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (Zendesk or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
