Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Tech Transfer & Process Validation Scientist to support new projects within a pharmaceutical CDMO environment, specializing in sterile drug products and aseptic fill-finish operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technology transfer activities for sterile drug products.
• Develop and execute process validation and PPQ protocols.
• Assess manufacturing readiness and resolve technical gaps.
• Analyze validation data and prepare final reports.
• Collaborate with MSAT, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and independently manage technology transfer activities.

Required Skills:
