Job Summary:
The client is a pharmaceutical CDMO looking for a Tech Transfer & Process Validation Scientist to help with new projects on-site.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in sterile drug products and aseptic fill-finish within a pharmaceutical CDMO environment. The candidate should have hands-on technology transfer experience and a strong background in process validation and PPQ, including protocol development, execution, data assessment, and final reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess manufacturing readiness and resolve technical gaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with MSAT, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams as part of the tech transfer team.
• Independently manage technology transfer activities.
• Develop, execute, and report process validation and PPQ activities.
