Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Tech Transfer Process Engineer to support Drug Product process development, characterization, validation, and technology transfer activities. This role requires strong technical writing skills and hands-on experience supporting critical Drug Product unit operations, including thaw, formulation, dilution, and vial filling.
Key Responsibilities- Support technology transfer activities for Drug Product manufacturing processes.
- Draft, review, and execute process development protocols.
- Develop and execute process characterization and validation protocols.
- Support Drug Product operations including thaw, formulation, dilution, and vial filling.
- Prepare clear and accurate technical documentation, protocols, and reports.
- Review process data and documentation to support development and validation activities.
- Provide technical support during process execution and technology transfer activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of Drug Product activities.
Required Qualifications- Experience supporting Drug Product process development, characterization, and validation.
- Hands-on experience with thaw, formulation, dilution, and vial filling operations.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and executing technical protocols.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively support process and technology transfer activities in a pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical environment.
