- Responding to incoming technical support calls from technicians
- Gathering information to understand reported issues
- Troubleshooting problems and identifying root causes
- Providing clear instructions and guidance to callers
- Documenting support interactions accurately
- Escalating complex issues when necessary
- Following established processes and support procedures
- Delivering professional and helpful customer service during every interaction
