Job Title: Tech Support Agent / Apprentice
We are looking for a motivated IT Technician or Technician Apprentice to join our team. This is a full-time, flexible position (30–40 hours per week) providing IT support to business customers and their end users.
This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and eager to build a career in IT. No prior professional experience is required - just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Location: Alliance, NE
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Full Time: Monday-Friday 8-5 (will consider part-time hours)
This is a remote position based in the Nebraska Panhandle/Eastern Wyoming service area. Travel within the region is required; therefore, applicants must have reliable transportation. A dedicated home office is required in this area. Equipment will be provided, and mileage reimbursement is included.

  • Valid driver’s license (for occasional onsite work - mileage compensated)

  • Any hands-on IT experience (personal, school, or work-related)
  • Familiarity with Windows, networking basics, or Microsoft 365
