Role:- Sr Product Owner

The Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog to ensure the development team delivers maximum business value. Acting as the bridge between stakeholders, customers, and the development team, the Product Owner translates business requirements into actionable user stories and ensures alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals.
Align product initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
Identify market opportunities and prioritize features accordingly.
Backlog Management
Create, refine, and maintain the product backlog.
Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize backlog items based on business value, risk, and dependencies.
Ensure backlog readiness for upcoming sprints.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for product related decisions.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product progress.
Agile Delivery
Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Clarify requirements and support the development team during implementation.
Accept or reject completed work based on predefined acceptance criteria.
Ensure timely delivery of high quality product increments.
Customer Focus
Gather feedback from customers and end users.
Analyze customer needs and translate them into product improvements.
Monitor user experience and product adoption metrics.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
Track product KPIs and business outcomes.
Use data driven insights to improve product features and processes.
Continuously optimize product value delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize competing requirements in a fast paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
Experience working with cross functional and distributed teams.
Knowledge of product management frameworks and techniques.
Experience in digital products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise applications.
