Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Architect with a strong background in cybersecurity and a deep understanding of Cortex XSOAR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing security solutions that protect our organization's information systems and data. This role requires a strategic thinker who can assess security risks and develop effective mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement security architectures that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Utilize Cortex XSOAR to automate security operations and incident response processes.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security threats.
Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior security team members.
Stay current with emerging security trends, threats, and technologies.
Lead security incident response efforts and post incident analysis.
Communicate security risks and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
Mandatory Skills:
Extensive experience with Cortex XSOAR, including playbook development and automation.
Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
Proficiency in security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection.
Experience with cloud security and securing cloud based applications.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
Experience with threat intelligence platforms and security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on security architecture.
Proven track record of successfully implementing security solutions in complex environments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
