DESCRIPTION: We are a growing law firm seeking a contractor to assist with software support, buildouts, and system clean-up—primarily in Filevine (legal case management) and Lead Docket (lead intake & tracking). This role is for someone comfortable with technology, eager to learn, and able to help optimize our systems with guidance and training.

Tech Specialist
USA Remote

• $35 – $50 an hour DOE

DESCRIPTION:

• We are a growing law firm seeking a contractor to assist with software support, buildouts, and system clean-up—primarily in Filevine (legal case management) and Lead Docket (lead intake & tracking). This role is for someone comfortable with technology, eager to learn, and able to help optimize our systems with guidance and training
• This is a contract position, with potential for ongoing work depending on fit and firm needs

 
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Support FileVine configuration, field buildouts, and cleanup
• Assist with Lead Docket setup, workflow automation, and data integrity
• Help map fields and sync data between Lead Docket and Filevine
• Document processes and create simple internal reference guides
• Participate in training and help staff understand system updates
• Troubleshoot user questions and recommend process improvements

 
WHO YOU ARE:

• Comfortable learning and working with Filevine and Lead Docket
• Understand the confidentiality concerns of a law firm
• Technically savvy with strong organizational skills
• Able to translate business needs into improved software workflows
• Clear communicator who can train others after onboarding
• Experience with legal operations or case management systems is a plus
