Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch field technicians
• Manage warranty claims and communicate with customers
• Maintain service records and work orders
• Use Microsoft Office and service software to track requests
• Assist with administrative tasks and process improvements
• Learn company products, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, coordination, or customer support preferred
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
