Tech Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver technology projects.
• Coordinate release management activities across teams.
• Manage team capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders.
• Track project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, product, and business teams.
• Ensure smooth execution of releases and technology initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience as a Technical Project Manager / Tech PM.
• Hands-on exposure to Cloud technologies.
• Experience leading and coordinating engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of release management and capacity management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in the Banking / Financial Services domain.
• Exposure to Payments technology and processes.
