Drive delivery of key technical workstreams related to cancellation policies, reservation management, host/guest service tooling, and related support infrastructure.

Our client, a leading global technology and travel marketplace company, is looking to hire a Technical Program Manager for a 100% remote contract opportunity.

Pay Rate: $76/hr to $86/hr W2, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Own program execution for Cancellations, Reservations, and Services initiatives.

• Track milestones, identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive resolution across Web, iOS, and Android engineering teams.

• Partner with Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, and Product Managers to align roadmaps and sequence work.

• Drive delivery of key technical workstreams related to cancellation policies, reservation management, host/guest service tooling, and related support infrastructure.

• Run cross-functional program meetings, standups, stakeholder updates, and other program cadences.

• Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks before they become blockers.

• Support product release planning and manage assigned workstreams through the product lifecycle.

• Translate complex technical work, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs into clear updates for engineering leadership and senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience.

• Proven experience driving complex software programs across multiple engineering teams.

• Experience working on consumer-facing technology products.

• Strong understanding of technical systems, including frontend/backend integrations and multi-platform delivery.

• Experience managing technical dependencies, milestones, risks, and delivery timelines.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead through influence without direct authority.

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and creating structure to keep programs moving.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with marketplace, travel, hospitality, e-commerce, reservations, customer experience, or trust & safety platforms is a plus.
