About the job As the Tech Lead for the team responsible for YouTubes core server infrastructure, you will shape the technical strategy for the YouTube application. In this role, you will lead an engineering team in architecting high-performance solutions capable of handling multiple requests per second. You will innovate with machine learning to personalize the viewer experience and collaborate across the organization to enable feature launches globally.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 (bonus, equity, benefits). Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
