Job Description
Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards to support operational monitoring, reporting, and data analysis
Design and implement custom dashboards with real-time analytics to provide actionable business insights
Support the secure migration and validation of up to 10 years of historical data from the Data Traks platform
Manage and support integration with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) for authentication and identity management
Ensure compliance with security standards by implementing and maintaining TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest
Configure and administer Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to enforce appropriate user permissions and access restrictions
Monitor and maintain audit trails and system logs to support compliance, security investigations, and operational reporting
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Perform system health checks, monitor application performance, and resolve issues in a timely manner
Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support knowledge articles
The pay range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
