Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow AI Control Tower Developer
to design, implement, and operate an enterprise-wide AI-powered Control Tower that provides end-to-end visibility across IT Operations, Service Management, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, and Business Services.
The candidate will leverage
ServiceNow, Agentic AI, Generative AI, AIOps, Automation, Now Assist, Intelligent Workflows, and Predictive Analytics
to create a proactive and autonomous operations model. The role will focus on improving operational efficiency, reducing MTTR, enabling predictive issue resolution, and driving business outcomes through intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities
AI Control Tower Strategy
Define and implement enterprise AI Control Tower vision, roadmap, and governance.
Establish operational KPIs, SLAs, SLOs, and business outcome metrics.
Drive transformation from reactive operations to predictive and autonomous operations.
Partner with business, IT, security, and operations stakeholders.
ServiceNow Platform Leadership
Architect enterprise solutions using:
ITSM
ITOM
AIOps
CMDB
Service Mapping
Event Management
ITAM
IRM/GRC
Strategic Portfolio Management
Implement ServiceNow GenAI and Now Assist capabilities.
Design enterprise workflow automation and self-healing frameworks.

Build AI agents and digital assistants for IT operations.
Develop multi-agent orchestration workflows.
Implement RAG architectures using enterprise knowledge repositories.
Deploy intelligent incident triage, summarization, classification, and ticket routing solutions.
Enable autonomous remediation workflows.
Predictive Operations
AIOps
Create predictive alerting and anomaly detection systems.
Implement event correlation and root cause analysis automation.
Reduce alert noise using AI-based suppression mechanisms.
Develop predictive capacity and availability management models.

Automate incident, problem, change, compliance, and service-request processes.

The pay range for this role is
