Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on
Senior Technical Specialist
with strong expertise in
C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+,
ASP.NET
Core, SQL Server, and enterprise application support . The ideal candidate will lead L3 production support, own deployments and releases, troubleshoot complex production issues, and develop code fixes for business-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L3 production support and drive incidents/issues to closure.
Develop code fixes and enhancements using
C# and .NET Core .
Own bi-weekly releases, deployments, hotfixes, and go-live activities.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve production defects.
Work closely with Product, QA, Release Management, and offshore teams.
Take full ownership of assigned sprint stories through deployment.
Required Skills
8+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with:
C#
.NET Core /
ASP.NET
Core
SQL Server
REST APIs
Microservices
Experience supporting and troubleshooting production applications.
Experience with CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps/Jira.
Strong release management and deployment experience.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
UI technologies (Angular, React, or Blazor).
Experience leading production support teams.
