We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong background in Agentic AI Development to join our dynamic team at Cisco Systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions that leverage advanced AI technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of agentic AI principles and the ability to apply them in real world applications.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain software applications with a focus on Agentic AI technologies.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs in existing applications.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and software development.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in Agentic AI Development, including knowledge of frameworks and tools.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with machine learning and data analysis techniques.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in developing applications for mobile or web platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
7 10 years of professional experience in software development.
Proven experience in Agentic AI Development is a must.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
