Job Title: Business System Analyst (Trintech Application)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business System Analyst (support for testing Client Experience preferred) with a strong background in Business Analysis to join our dynamic team in Plano TX. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies, coupled with the ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements. This role is critical in ensuring that our software solutions align with business objectives and deliver maximum value.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals.
Design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high quality deliverables.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Participate in project planning and estimation, contributing to timelines and resource allocation.
Maintain documentation of software specifications, design, and architecture for future reference.

Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience in Business Analysis, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non technical stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in software development languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with database management systems such as SQL Server or Oracle.
Experience with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
Experience in leading software development projects from inception to completion.
