Tech Lead (Java/AWS)

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Tech Lead (Java/AWS) for their Raleigh, NC/ Atlanta, GA location.

Requirements:

• 11-13 years of hands-on development experience with Java and Spring Boot, including experience as a Tech Lead.
• Strong expertise in AWS, SQL, and REST API design/development.
• Proven ability to lead multiple developers, conduct code reviews, and provide architectural recommendations while remaining hands-on.
• Experience implementing Swagger UI for REST services.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including tools such as SonarQube and Veracode.
• Experience building enterprise authentication applications and collaborating with UX, Design, and Product teams.
• Strong focus on delivering functional, testable code with comprehensive unit testing to support DevOps practices.
• Experience enforcing coding standards and participating in code reviews through Git workflows.
• Ability to optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
