    SIGNATURE

    Position: Tech I, Inventory Pay Grade: IT1 Duty Days: 235

    Qualifications:

    • Two years college preferred, but will accept High School diploma and/or GED certification.
    • Must have valid driver's license
    • Preferred demonstrated Warehouse management and Inventory control skills.
    • Effective organizational and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of district technology and use
    • Scheduling Process and Work Flow skills required
    • Ability to remain current on new and emerging technologies.

    Duties include but are not limited to the following:

    • Able to perform physical duties including the ability to lift 50-60 pounds throughout the workday.
    • Unbox, test and install new hardware as needed.
    • Clean and service any or all equipment on a scheduled basis
    • Install licensed software on machines as well as any updates of virus software and upgrades/updates of SIS and other applicable software as directed.
    • Able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people in the coordination of IT Warehouse Services
    • Promote and maintain high standards of safety, security, and organization in warehouse operations.
    • Maintain all systems and documentation pertaining to IT inventory and asset management under direction of Material Specialist
    • Responsible for the loading, unloading, receiving, distribution, and storage of all shipments of merchandise received at the IT Warehouse.
    • Responsible for the filling of warehouse requisitions within established time period under the direction of Material Specialist
    • Responsible for the maintenance of warehouse vehicles and materials handling equipment to insure effective, uninterrupted usage under the direction of Material Specialist
    • Coordinate movement of district inventory/asset and surplus property.
    • Maintain organization of IT Warehouse Inventory as well as Technology Materials.
    • Coordinate timely deliveries.
    • Responsible for complying with Local, State and Federal Regulations
    • Responsible for the Inventory of Warehouse & Technology Materials under direction of Material Specialist
    • Provide Excellent Customer Service
    • Perform other duties as assigned by IT Administration.
    • Reports to the Executive Director of IT.

    Work Conditions:

    • Maintain emotional control under stress.
    • Standing, bending and lifting.
    • Open Air Environment-Non Climate Controlled (excluding office and project room).
