Akkodis is seeking a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert for a Contract job with a client in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in SAP Production Planning for Process Industries (PP-PI) and SAP IS-Oil Silo Tank Management, along with a strong background in supporting Oil & Gas industry operations.

Rate Range: $66/hour to $69/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert job responsibilities include:

• Serve as the functional lead and subject matter expert for SAP PP-PI and SAP IS-Oil solutions within the Application Management Support (AMS) environment.

• Analyze, validate, and refine business requirements to ensure SAP solutions align with operational and business objectives.

• Support production execution processes within SAP PP-PI, including manufacturing operations, process orders, batch management, and production planning activities.

• Support SAP IS-Oil functionalities, including Silo Tank Management and downstream Oil & Gas operational processes.

• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders across multiple locations to resolve functional issues and drive continuous process improvements.

• Support integration activities between SAP PP-PI and other SAP modules while ensuring end-to-end business process continuity.

• Develop functional documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and provide user training support as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with:

• SAP Production Planning for Process Industries (PP-PI)

• Production Execution

• Process Manufacturing

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with:

• SAP IS-Oil, Silo Tank Management, Oil & Gas Downstream Processes.

• Strong expertise in: SAP PP-PI, Production Execution, Process Orders, Manufacturing Operations, SAP IS-Oil, Oil & Gas Industry Processes

• Experience working in Application Management Support (AMS) environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with:

• SAP Quality Management (QM)

• SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)

• Experience supporting large-scale SAP environments in the Oil & Gas industry.

• Knowledge of integrated refinery, chemical, or energy operations.

• Experience collaborating with globally distributed business and IT teams.

• SAP certifications related to PP-PI, IS-Oil, or related SAP modules are a plus.

Pay Details: $66.00 to $69.00 per hour
