Teamcenter X Support Lead (PLM Application Support)

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Teamcenter X Support Lead (PLM Application Support) for their Remote location.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Teamcenter X application support operations.
• Handle L2/L3 support, incident resolution, RCA, and escalations.
• Strong experience with Teamcenter/Teamcenter X.
• Coordinate with business users, development teams, and Siemens support.
• Monitor system health, integrations, data integrity, and performance.
• Lead support team and customer communications.
• Drive process compliance and continuous improvement

Requirements:
