Job Overview

We are seeking a Teamcenter QA Manager with strong experience in Teamcenter or PLM testing. The ideal candidate will have experience in QA strategy, test management, integration testing, defect management, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead QA activities for Teamcenter implementations and enhancements.
Define QA standards, testing processes, and test strategies.
Create test plans, test cases, scripts, and automation suites.
Manage functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
Validate Teamcenter BOM, workflows, change management, and access controls.
Test integrations with SAP, MES, and NX/CAD systems.
Manage test data, test cycles, and QA resources.
Track defects, prioritize issues, and monitor resolutions.
Ensure requirements are mapped to test cases and defects.
Lead UAT activities and support business sign-off.
Perform root cause analysis and drive quality improvements.
Monitor test coverage, defects, and quality metrics.
Validate environments, deployments, and releases.
Support production readiness, cutover, and hypercare activities.
Provide guidance and mentoring to QA teams.
Support continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in Teamcenter or PLM QA and Test Management.
Experience creating test strategies, plans, and test frameworks.
Good understanding of Teamcenter BOM, workflows, items, and datasets.
Experience with SAP, NX/CAD, and MES integration testing.
Experience with ADO, JIRA, ALM, or similar test management tools.
Knowledge of test automation and scripting tools.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
Strong defect management and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
