Title: Teamcenter Manufacturing Easy Plan Consultant
Locations: Santa Clara, CA

Pay Range: $45-$48/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)
We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Manufacturing Easy Plan Consultant with 6-8 years of expertise in Siemens Teamcenter Manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and supporting Teamcenter Easy Plan across multiple customer engagements, enabling digital manufacturing, process planning, MBOM management, and shop-floor execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Teamcenter Manufacturing Easy Plan solutions for global manufacturing clients.
- Create and manage Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOMs) including parts, assemblies, and consumables.
- Develop and maintain process plans, operations, sequences, and manufacturing workflows.
- Define and manage manufacturing resources including tools, fixtures, equipment, workstations, and operators.
- Support production line balancing activities by analyzing cycle times, workloads, and station capacities.
- Design and author digital work instructions (2D, 3D, and AR) for shop floor operations.
- Collaborate with business users, manufacturing engineers, and PLM teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support system integration, testing, deployment, training, and post-production activities.
- Drive manufacturing process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Participate in solution design workshops and customer-facing discussions.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter Manufacturing solutions.
- Strong expertise in Teamcenter Manufacturing Easy Plan.
- Experience managing MBOM, BOP (Bill of Process), Process Planning, and Resource Management.
- Knowledge of manufacturing engineering and production planning concepts.
- Experience with line balancing, cycle time analysis, workstation planning, and shop-floor execution.
- Understanding of PLM processes and Teamcenter data models.
- Strong stakeholder communication and customer interaction skills.
- Experience working on multiple implementation or rollout projects.
Preferred Skills
- Teamcenter Manufacturing Process Planner.
- Teamcenter MPP.
- Integration knowledge with ERP/MES systems.
- Experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Manufacturing, or Heavy Engineering domains.
- Knowledge of Digital Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
